  • How do I place an order?

    If you are looking for vanishing spray or holders, go to the product menu. You can find a link in the blue bar under this page.

    Once you add a product into the shopping cart, you can continue shopping. If you want to pay, click on "cart" in the top corner of your screen.

    To proceed, click order. Fill in the delivery information, check the delivery address and the invoice details.

    Click "choose payment method" to proceed.

  • Where is my package?

    Expoline Vanishing Spray follows football. Referees all over the world are using this spray.

    This spray is a flammable aerosol. If you're living outside of the European Union you will need to send an email to ask a quotation. Like that we can check all delivery possibilties. We'll get in touch with you for a quotation as soon as possible.

    Flexible delivery with Predict.

    We will always inform you of our delivery day by text message or email. Is the day inconvenient for you? If so, you can change your delivery preference (to a Pickup parcelshop, to a neighbor…) or postpone your delivery. It is so simple, with Predict. We will send you another message on the delivery day, with an expected one hour time-slot. 

    Not at home when the DPD driver comes?

    If you’re not at home when the DPD driver comes, your parcel will be taken to a Pickup parcelshop in your local area. That way, you get your parcel as soon as possible, and you decide when you go to pick it up.

    The DPD driver will leave a note in your mailbox giving the address of the Pickup parcelshop and the time from which you can collect your parcel. You will receive an email from DPD when the parcel has arrived in the Pickup parcelshop.

    Bring your proof of identity with you when you go to pick up your parcel. You will have seven days to collect it, after which it will be returned to the sender.

    Can I track the status of my parcel ?
    Yes, on you can follow your parcel. All you need is the 14-figure parcelnumber.

  • What is the shipping rate?

    To calculate your shipping rate, proceed to the check out.

    Select the country where you want us to deliver the package.

    Shipping rates will be calculated automatically. If your country is not in the list, it won't be possible to ship it without a quotation.

    Please send us an email. We will get back to you because this shipping needs a human touch.

  • Can I return my order?

    You can return your items sold on vanishing

    Returning is free if the product is damaged or not working appropriate.

  • Which payment methods do you have?

    You can pay your order by banktransfer. You make a payment from your current account. You fill out a transfer form to instruct your bank to transfer money from your account to our account. We will receive your payment a few days after the transaction.
